policies

Prior to scheduling your appointment, please take a moment to review my policies.

masks

When deciding to wear a mask, please consider your state of health and current COVID hospitalizations in the area. If you are concerned, ideally you should wear an N95 mask since anything less offers extremely limited protection.

ProjectN95 remains a great source for masks.

cancellations

I ask for at least 48 hours notice when you expect to miss your appointment. Should an unforeseen event prohibit you from keeping your appointment, please text or email me as soon as you are able so that I can respond considerately.

arrival

Please make every effort to arrive to your appointment on time. Appointments begin and end on time. I charge the full fee for the time you scheduled.

hygiene

Please arrive clean. Specifically, Athletes, I ask that you not head directly to the studio post play/practice. I am psyched you work hard and work up a good sweat. I much prefer to work on the non-sweaty you, however.

conduct

I do not tolerate sexual conduct from my clients. I reserve the right to terminate sessions and refuse treatment for individuals who initiate provocative language or actions.

cell phones

There is no convenient place within the building, including my studio, for discrete, quiet phone conversations. The walls are thin. To be courteous to me and to the several other businesses around me, please complete your phone conversations in the parking area, prior to entering the building. Then silence your phone for the duration of your treatment.

pets

As much as I love pets, the studio is not the place for them.

agreement

When we respect one another, we can form a great partnersip and get some good work done. if you've made it this far and you still want to come in, great! Please tell me you are good to go and I'll get you in my schedule.
